1. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Since all items are custom-made, no refunds will be issued.
3. Only exchanges are allowed in case of size issues or genuine defects, and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
